Shipping & Exchange

Shipping:

Local Delivery - Kuwait:

    • 2KD shipping on all orders.
    • Local orders are delivered within 24 hours, except for personalized items which might take 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We offer a 5 KD FLAT worldwide shipping rate.
  • International orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and the customer will receive a tracking ID via email. Your purchase shall be delivered to your given address within 3-10 business days.

    Please note that custom clearance costs and taxes are handled by the customer, as we have no control over these charges. 

    Any delays faced due to customs are out of our hands or the courier managing the delivery, in our case DHL Express. 

    We follow a 5 day exchange policy. 

    To be eligible for the mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

    Local Exchange - Kuwait:

    Exchange:

    1. Contact us here or email us at info@loungeandlabel.com with your name, order number & list of items you wish to exchange.
    2. We will arrange a pickup service to get back the items to be exchanged.
    3. A 2.5 KD rate will be charged for exchange/Returns.
    4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, if approved, any remaining amounts will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Countries Not Included in Shipping:

      If you'd like to make a purchase and your country is not on the list at checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to assist you with your order and shipping if possible.
